Welcome to the GlowVerse Affiliate Program — where purpose meets profit. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before applying or promoting any GlowVerse products.

Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older.

  • Have an active online presence (social media, website, blog, or email list).

  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws related to marketing and advertising.

  • Maintain a positive, respectful, and brand-aligned online reputation.

GlowVerse reserves the right to accept or remove affiliates at its sole discretion.

Enrollment

After submitting your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.
Once approved, you’ll receive:

  • A personalized affiliate dashboard or tracking link.

  • Access to affiliate-only discounts and marketing materials.

  • Ongoing updates on new product drops and campaigns.

Commission & Payments

  • Affiliates earn 20–30% commission on every referred sale.

  • Commission percentages may vary depending on product category or promotional campaigns.

  • Commissions are tracked via your unique affiliate link and verified through our platform.

  • Payments are processed monthly via PayPal or the method listed in your dashboard.

  • There is a minimum payout threshold of $25 USD.

Promotion Guidelines

We love creativity — but we also protect our brand. Please note:

  • You may only promote official GlowVerse products using your unique affiliate links.

  • You may not use paid ads that include the words “GlowVerse” or “Mimi & Co” in display URLs or ad titles.

  • Do not send unsolicited spam emails, messages, or posts.

  • Always represent GlowVerse with honesty, accuracy, and respect.

  • Use only approved brand images, logos, and descriptions.

Violations of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

Brand Alignment

GlowVerse is built on creativity, integrity, and purpose. Affiliates must maintain:

  • A professional tone when representing the brand.

  • No use of hate speech, discrimination, or explicit content.

  • A faith-friendly and empowering approach to content.

GlowVerse reserves the right to revoke affiliate status for any conduct inconsistent with our values.

Tracking & Attribution

Affiliate sales are tracked using cookies valid for 30 days.
If a customer purchases within that window using your referral link, you’ll receive full credit for the sale.

Program Updates

GlowVerse may update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email of any significant changes. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time.
GlowVerse reserves the right to withhold final payments for fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating activity.

Liability

GlowVerse and Mimi & Co are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to this program. Participation is voluntary and independent; no partnership, employment, or joint venture is created.
